IndyCar twin events ?long term? plan
IndyCar chief Randy Bernard says the addition of three double-header events for 2013 is not an experiment or stop-gap solution, but a long-term policy for the series. Next year's Detroit, Toronto and Houston street events will each feature races on both Saturday and Sunday .
